Hello

this week i'm too excited because with the national young orchestra we are gonna make an avant premier in middle of July, a new orchestral work composed exclusively for foundation of orchestras youngs and childrens, "Austral portraits" a symphonic poem of three movements
first a moderato "Tirana", Second andante "Minga" and  final movement it's an allegro "Chinchinero", these portraits try to represent a bit of Chilean culture composed by a contemporany man called Miguel Farías.

Just Few weeks ago I had the oportunity of listen another avant premier of his works for grand orchestra in santiago municipal theather when I go to watch Mahler seventh symphony(The song of the north), called "Nocturnos" in this piece the composer deploy a lot of colour in percussion section instrumenst that i never seen in orchestra before like Cristal cups, woodblock and the waterphone. Inpired by the works of Gustav Mahler try to represent in a nostalgic way the oniric world and the night.

So i'm glad to have this oportunity of interpretate this new work that we gonna represent in the middle of a tour in Europe and Africa like culture ambassadors, for me are the third oportunity that i have to make avant premiere of new music, always represent for me a trial for develop my technic and musical sense in percussion instruments....
